Monthly RV Spaces

Open: All Year

Rates: $225 – $285 per month + utilities. No daily or weekly rates.

Hook-ups: Full hook-ups (E/W/S) 25-50 amp connections, Cable TV available, Phone available. Most sites OK for satellite TV, portable or fixed mount.

Conveniences: Concrete driveways, some concrete patios, Night lighting, Gas, Soft drinks and pay-phone at gas station next door, some pull-thru sites, Big-Rig friendly, Laundry, small pets allowed. Full time resident manager on site. Fenced community.

Size: Most RV spaces will take up to a 40-foot RV with slide-outs on both sides. Most spaces have shade trees.

Outdoor Activities: Picnic tables, Close to parks, New Aquatic Center, Close to Feather River with fishing, boating, rafting and hiking available. Just across the river is a public boat ramp. Enjoy the Sutter Butte Mountain range (the smallest mountain range in the U.S.) or take a 2-minute walk to the organic market, deli and health food store.

We have spaces available for storing RV’s, boats, or other extra vehicles. Contact the manager for availability.
